I’m Jim Lightcap, a creative spirit who loves to solve problems. Every project gives me an opportunity to magnify a brand’s voice, and challenge myself in new ways. I love how advertising allows me to constantly learn new skills, stay up to date with latest design trends, and look for new ways to push the envelope while staying true to a brand’s identity.

As a member of the university’s marketing department I work between digital and creative teams on a variety of print collateral, branding, social media graphics, illustrations, and digital advertising for all areas of the university. My responsibilities include creating high quality design solutions that are in compliance brand guidelines, collaborating with internal marketing team, time management, and meeting client’s expectations.
Creative Strategist

Lead art direction, and execution for website designs, digital marketing campaigns, print materials, and brand identities for internal and external clients. Additional responsibilities include a close partnership with developers, and project managers throughout the entire process in planning, design, content implementation, coding, review, and maintenance.

Created art direction of print and digital marketing materials for b2b clients while collaborating with team of agency partners, designers, web developers, and copywriters.
